Description
Cafetalera Herbazú is located in Lourdes de Naranjo Costa Rica, it is a family of coffee producers and its owner Mr. Manuel Barrantes is the one who manages the benefit and its farms. Their farms are located from 1500 to 1800 meters above sea level. And it has its own micro mill to process the fruit with different processes, in this case semi-washed and dry the parchment on African beds in the sun. This coffee that we present is of the San Roque variety, which are from plants cultivated with seeds brought directly from Kenya, Africa, and planted in a lot at 1500 meters above sea level and cultivated with the best care. It is a coffee with a cup where red fruit flavors stand out, with a high but balanced acidity and body.
