Coffee production is located between 1400 and 1,600 meters of altitude, ideal conditions for cultivation, in soils mostly of sedimentary origin, which by their components are acidic.
Most of the plantations are under shade, with different trees in the area and foreign.
Protected by mountain ranges on the Pacific slope, this region is a sanctuary for mystical birds and forest and producer of the best coffee that is grown in small valleys and mountain slopes. Coffee farming is the fundamental activity for the socio-economic development of Los Santos.
Cafetalera Herbazú is located in Lourdes de Naranjo Costa Rica, it is a family of coffee producers and its owner Mr. Manuel Barrantes is the one who manages the benefit and its farms.
Their farms are located from 1500 to 1800 meters above sea level. And it has its own micro mill to process the fruit with different processes, in this case semi-washed and dry the parchment on African beds in the sun.
This coffee that we present is of the San Roque variety, which are from plants cultivated with seeds brought directly from Kenya, Africa, and planted in a lot at 1500 meters above sea level and cultivated with the best care.
It is a coffee with a cup where red fruit flavors stand out, with a high but balanced acidity and body.
A fabulous and versatile blend for any type of preparation.
It is excellent for espresso preparation where it produces an abundant cream and an ideal reddish brown color, with fruity flavors, sweet, and with citrus acidity and red fruits, chocolate.
It consists of two specialty coffees, each roasted to enhance its best characteristics that complement a round and complete cup, with fruity flavors and at the same time pleasant bitter flavors characteristic of coffee that gives power to the drink.

This is a coffee farm located in San Pablo de León Cortes, Tarrazu, and its producers are the Ureña Jiménez family, managed by its owner Mr. Martin Ureña and his sons Jorge and Emilio.
They specialize in the natural process. They are not a traditional micro-mill, but instead they have a set up with stainless steel containers for the wet process in a natural and anaerobic way and have an area of African beds for drying their coffees in the sun.
This coffee is unique, with a complex cup because its process is natural, and anaerobic.
