Description
This is a coffee farm located in San Pablo de León Cortes, Tarrazu, and its producers are the Ureña Jiménez family, managed by its owner Mr. Martin Ureña and his sons Jorge and Emilio. They specialize in the natural process. They are not a traditional micro-mill, but instead they have a set up with stainless steel containers for the wet process in a natural and anaerobic way and have an area of African beds for drying their coffees in the sun.
